Fees and Insurance

If you are interested in scheduling an appointment with me, please contact me for a brief, free, phone consultation.  After we have spoken we may schedule an initial appointment.   

I participate in the following insurance networks:

I am a provider for the following Employee Assistance Programs:

• WellPoint Behavioral Health

 

If you do not see your insurance plan listed here, I recommend that you look into your out-of-network benefits for your policy.  Reimbursement rates may be as much as 90%.

 

The following fees apply if I am out-of-network with your insurance company:

 

• Initial appointment for psychotherapy (60 minutes)              $115
• Each additional psychotherapy session (45 minutes)              $100
